EPAM Law at the Antimonopoly Forum 2026
On 26 May 2026, Moscow will host the Antimonopoly Forum, one of the key events in the field of competition law, organised by the Association of Antimonopoly Experts with the support of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS Russia). EPAM Law will act as a partner of the forum, and the firm’s experts will take an active part in its business programme.
Natalia Korosteleva, Partner and Head of EPAM Law’s Competition Practice, will moderate the session ‘Digital Markets: Antitrust Tools for the Ecosystems of the Future’ from 14:40 to 15:50. During the discussion, participants will consider current approaches to regulating digital platforms, issues relating to platform access, the limits of discretion afforded to ecosystems, and the development of regulation for non-transactional digital services. Evgeny Bolshakov, Partner at EPAM Law, will take part in the session as a speaker.
Maria Kobanenko, Partner at the firm, will speak at the session ‘Cartels: A Trend towards Digitalisation’ from 14:40 to 15:50. The session will focus on the development of anti-cartel regulation, digital tools for detecting anti-competitive agreements, and emerging trends in enforcement practice.
The forum will bring together representatives of FAS Russia, business, the legal community and academia to discuss key trends in the development of competition and antimonopoly regulation in Russia.
