On 12 December 2025, the third Awards Ceremony of the specialised ranking Leaders of PROBankruptcy: Law Firm Ranking took place. EPAM Law received top-tier recognition across nine key categories.
According to the results, the firm was ranked in Group 1 in every category in which it was nominated, including beneficiary bankruptcy matters, inclusion of claims in the creditors’ register (and challenges to such inclusion), personal asset protection, comprehensive support of bankruptcy proceedings, challenging and defending transactions, pre-insolvency settlements, business restructuring and crisis management, subsidiary liability (defence and enforcement), and cross-border insolvency matters, including asset tracing.
The purpose of the Leaders of PROBankruptcy study is to identify the most reliable and experienced legal advisers in bankruptcy-related projects. The results are based on an analysis of project experience, as well as an assessment of the performance of specialised bankruptcy practices of law firms participating in the ranking.
