Olga Vishnevskaya, Senior Associate at EPAM’ International Arbitration and Litigation Practice was named one of the top ten young arbitration practitioners by the Russian Arbitration Association at its RAA40 Awards 2015.
The Russian Arbitration Association 40 (RAA40) is a group for young arbitration practitioners and academics and a part of the Russian Arbitration Association.
Olga specialises in international arbitration and litigation. She has acted as counsel and advised parties in complex commercial disputes submitted to arbitration involving a broad range of matters. She has substantial experience in representing clients in arbitrations under the Rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, MKAS, Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and others. She is also well versed in coordinating multijurisdictional litigation proceedings and in recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as arbitral awards set aside cases. Her expertize also includes investment arbitration and public international law.
