On 17 December 2025, Kommersant Publishing House released its annual selection of landmark court cases that had the greatest impact on the market and legal practice. The list includes EPAM Law project defending the interests of the founders and former senior executives of Transaero Airlines in bankruptcy proceedings concerning subsidiary liability.
This dispute, one of the most complex and high-profile cases in Russian legal practice, has previously been recognised as the winner of a professional legal award.
