PRObankrotstvo has published a paper edition of the “Top 100 Most Influential Bankruptcy People 2023-2024”. Three EPAM Law partners were named among top 100 bankruptcy experts:
- Denis Arkhipov, Managing Partner of the Moscow office and Co-Head of Litigation Practice,
- Valery Eremenko, Partner and Co-Head of Litigation Practice,

Each partner has their own key to success:
Denis Arkhipov handles the largest precedent-setting disputes. His bankruptcy and standalone disputes include cases that have reached the Russian Supreme Court and set long-standing precedents for the market. Denis’ approach is unique as he primarily seeks to resolve disputes through settlement agreements.
Valery Eremenko, specialising in bankruptcy and secondary liability matters, has recently advised on bankruptcy disputes exceeding 49 billion roubles. Valery believes that out-of-box thinking and the ability to see the whole picture and the ability to see the big picture are crucial for successfully resolving complex cases.
Ivan Smirnov, as Managing Partner of the St. Petersburg office and the Head of Bankruptcy Practice in St. Petersburg, oversees multiple litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. His victories in major, high-profile disputes have significantly influenced the bankruptcy market.
