According to the results of the annual bankruptcy disputes study conducted by Pravo.ru, EPAM Law has been placed in Group 1 among firms that handled more than 30 cases in 2024.
Analysts highlight EPAM Law “outstanding performance”: the firm has been recognised as a leader among firms with sizeable bankruptcy practices across several categories, including total and average project value, as well as the volume of subsidiary liability cases. In addition, EPAM Law ranks second among firms handling stand-alone disputes.
According to the study, in 2024 the firm secured 39 court decisions in bankruptcy disputes, while the total value of cases relating to subsidiary liability exceeded RUB 1 trillion.
The authors of the study note that “among firms included in the federal ranking, EPAM Law demonstrates the strongest показатель, with RUB 48.2 billion per dispute handled.”
The Pravo.ru study methodology is based on an analysis of quantitative indicators, including total case value, the number of final-instance court decisions issued in 2024, the average value per case, and litigation outcomes.
