Taras Rabko heads Elecrtric Power and Environmental & Technical Regulation Practices of the Firm and deals with antitrust law and constitutional litigation.
In 1996 Taras graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of Tver State University with a degree in law. In 2000 he successfully completed his postgraduate studies at the Law Department of St Petersburg University, obtaining his PhD in Law degree.
In 2000 - 2005 Taras was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of St Petersburg University.
Since 2007 Taras has been a Deputy Dean and lecturer at the Law Department of the Higher School of Economics University.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Antitrust Experts.
Taras has been admitted to the Leningrad Region Bar Association.
