Nelly is a junior associate in the IP/ТМТ practice.

She represents clients in court and before the Chamber for Patent Disputes, and has experience in drafting legal documents (procedural documents, agreements, and opinions), as well as giving advice on various intellectual property matters.

Nelly also conducts due diligence on IP assets, advises on transactions involving the transfer and granting of intellectual property rights, and provides legal advice on the registration of intellectual property.

Nelly’s recent highlights include:

• Representing a leading Russian alcohol company in a series of disputes over the legal protection of trademarks;
• Conducting due diligence on the intellectual property rights of a major Russian tech manufacturer;
• Advising a well-known pharmaceutical company on legal protection of pharmaceutical inventions.

Nelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in civil law with honours from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University. She also earned her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the National Research Institute Higher School of Economics (School of Digital Law and Biolaw). She is the winner of a number of Russian moot court competitions and international conferences, and the author of articles on intellectual property law.

She is fluent in English.
