Diana advises and represents clients before arbitrazh (commercial) courts, courts of general jurisdiction, as well as regulatory and supervisory authorities.
Before joining the EPAM team, Diana worked in the department for the generalisation and analysis of judicial practice at a regional arbitrazh court and served as a consultant at a Russian law firm. Her experience includes the successful representation of clients in complex litigation matters, including bankruptcy and commercial disputes, with cases reaching the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
She graduated with distinction from both the undergraduate and master’s programmes at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Diana holds a Ph.D. and she the author of academic publications in the field of civil procedure.
She is fluent in English and French.
