Artem specialises in real estate, construction, and land law. He has extensive experience in conducting due diligence on real estate rights, overseeing the implementation of construction projects, and providing legal counsel on real estate transactions.

• Assessing legal risks related to the urban planning potential for the purchase of a hotel from one of the largest hotel chains.
• Advising a land rights holder on options to re-register rights to a plot due to the presence of a civil defence facility.
• Conducting due diligence on real properties for a major Russian bank.
• Assessing legal risks related to the urban planning potential for the purchase of an airport.
• Advising a land rights holder on amending urban planning documents to facilitate the construction of an airport.
• Advising a tenant of a business centre in Moscow on obtaining administrative approval for reconstruction.
• Providing legal counsel to a leasing business.

In 2021, Artem graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at Mari State University, and in 2023, he earned his Master’s degree in law from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Artem actively participated in student judicial debate competitions as a speaker, winning several prizes with his team. He is also the author of multiple academic publications.
