Anastasia represents clients in complex litigation before Russian courts of all levels.

Her professional experience includes the following projects:

• Successfully defended an investor participating in a privatisation tender for the completion of an airport, in multiple disputes challenging the validity of the tender results and various stages of the privatisation process.
• Representation of a client in dozens of contractual disputes related to the construction of an air terminal complex at an international airport.
• Advising and representing a seaport in cases concerning the recovery of penalties from counterparties under a “take-or-pay” model for failure to deliver the agreed volumes of cargo.
• Representing a client in court proceedings against a former counterparty seeking to prevent the implementation of a large-scale development project in New Moscow.
• Defending a client in a dispute over the amendment of a transshipment agreement due to a material change in circumstances and breach of the agreement by the counterparty.
• Representing a client in a dispute with the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) regarding the recognition of certain land plots as state-owned property.

Anastasia holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in law from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

She is admitted to the Moscow Bar.
