EPAM Law is pleased to announce that Anton Alekseev, Counsel at EPAM’s Real Estate and Construction Practice, was re-elected to chair the Real Estate Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB). Anton was first elected as the Chairman in April 2023. Prior to that, he had acted as a deputy chairperson of that committee.
Anton has over 15 years of experience in legal due diligence related to real estate, as well as structuring of and counselling on highly complex transactions. He is also experienced in drafting construction and investment contracts.
The purpose of the AEB Real Estate Committee is to facilitate the exchange of information on real estate and development matters in Russia, increase the attractiveness of foreign investment and promote dialogue between AEB members and various government bodies. The Committee also holds open meetings for AEB members on relevant issues in the real estate sector.
