Anton Alekseev to Deliver Lecture Series on Real Estate and Construction Law at HSE University
Anton Alekseev, Counsel at EPAM Law, will deliver a course of lectures on «Legal Regulation of Real Estate and Construction» for second-year Master’s students at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University).
The course is part of the «Lawyer in Business» Master’s programme, delivered during the second module of the 2023/2024 academic year.
About the Course
The programme focuses on the advanced study of key theoretical and practical issues in the legal regulation of real estate development and transactions in Russia.
Students will explore:
- Legal definitions of capital construction projects and real estate objects
- Procedures for the creation and registration of capital construction projects
- The principles of cadastral registration and state registration of property rights
- How to assess the urban planning potential of real estate assets
- An overview of the core contracts governing the development, use, and transfer of real estate in Russia
