Attorneys of EPAM Represent Fortum in the Global Purchase of Uniper
In March 2020, the Finnish energy company Fortum finalized the purchase of a majority stake in the German company Uniper - representing a landmark deal for the energy industry. EPAM represented Fortum before the Governmental Commission for Foreign Investments and the FAS Russia.
Thanks to the strategy developed by EPAM, the governmental authorities have cleared the deal.
