Valery Eremenko and Julia Bobrova to Speak at ECC Legal Affairs Committee Meeting on Legal Risk Management in 2025
On 21 January 2025, the Legal Affairs Committee of the Eurasian Cooperation Centre (ECC) will convene to discuss issues related to legal risk management. Valery Eremenko, Partner and Co-Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice at EPAM Law, will serve as the event’s moderator. Julia Bobrova, Counsel in the Litigation Practice at EPAM Law, will speak at the event.
The meeting will focus on the following key topics:
- Significant changes in corporate law
- Disputes with the state: trends in practice
- Early termination of trademark protection after three years of non-use: what to expect in 2025
In addition, elections for the Committee Chairperson will take place during the session.
