EPAM to Support a Seminar by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International

On Wednesday 26 September in Moscow, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International (ICDR Y&I) in cooperation with the Russian Arbitration Association 40 (RAA40) will hold a seminar “A Pre-Appointment Interview of a Potential Arbitrator: How Far is Too Far?” EPAM supports this event, EPAM’s Partner Dmitry Dyakin will participate in a discussion and Senior Associate Olga Tsvetkova will moderate the panel of experts.

The seminar will be held in the format of a mock interview conducted by leading international arbitration practitioners. Subsequently, ADR experts practicing in Moscow, Paris, London, and New York will debrief the audience and engage them in a “dos and don’ts” discussion. The audience will then be invited to share their perspectives on the effectiveness of pre-appointment interviews or even advocate against them entirely.

This annual event is being held on occasion of the X ABA Moscow Dispute Resolution Conference that will take place on September 27, 2018.
