Evgeny Bolshakov to speak at Russian Antitrust Conference
On December 2,2011, Moscow will host the conference Improvement of Russian Antitrust Laws: The Third Antitrust Package. Evgeny Bolshakov, Senior Associate at EPAM, to participate in the event.
At the conference practicing lawyers and representatives from Russian Federal Antitrust Service (FAS) and Russian Supreme Arbitrazh Court will discuss recent amendments in antitrust laws:
- Change in liability for violation of antitrust laws
- New list of information to be submitted to the Russian FAS
- Reducing the number of unconditional bans in agreements between business entities
- Setting additional criteria for non-discriminatory access to market
Evgeny Bolshakov will deliver a presentation entitled Specifics of Distributors Relations in Light of the Third Antitrust Package.
