Dennis Turovets Delivered a Report During the 8th International Conference “Oil Refining and Oil Products Export From the Republic of Belarus”

“Belarusian Oil and Gas Week”, which is the largest image event for the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Belarus, was held in Minsk on April 13-17, 2015. This event fully considers the situation and prospects of the Belarusian oil refining, aspects of the oil products export to the CIS and European markets, legal and technical basis support for the effective cooperation within the market economy.

The managing partner of the Minsk office Dennis Turovets delivered a report on the topic “Changes in the taxation of oil and petroleum products in the relations of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation” at “Belarusian Oil and Gas Week”.

Among the key topics of the conference were the development of the oil refining industry in Belarus and Russia in the context of Eurasian integration, consequences of the changes in export duties on oil and petroleum products in Russia and Belarus, regulation of markets: rate, taxation and pricing systems.
