On 6 December 2024, the annual Cbonds Awards ceremony took place in Saint Petersburg, celebrating the top participants in the Russian bond market. The winner of the "ESG Bond Issue of the Year" category was the Series 002Р-01 bond issue by EuroTrans PJSC, which raised RUB 2 billion. The project was supported by the Banking and Finance Law and Capital Markets Practice team at EPAM Law.

The trading of these "green" bonds, issued by one of Russia’s largest independent fuel operators, EuroTrans PJSC (brand name TRASSA), began on the Moscow Exchange in March 2024. EPAM’s team provided comprehensive legal support for the issuance, including preparing the issuance documentation package, liaising with the Bank of Russia, the National Settlement Depository, and the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA), and ensuring the admission of the "green" bonds for trading on the exchange.

EuroTrans PJSC’s "green" bonds were included in the Moscow Exchange’s first-tier listing.
