Ekaterina specialises in dispute resolution. She advises and represents clients in cases heard by Russian arbitrazh (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels.
Her experience includes the following notable projects:
- Representing a foreign investor in a multi-jurisdictional corporate dispute with the former owner of a mining company. This dispute is of significant importance for the protection of foreign investors and Russia’s overall investment appeal
- Acting for a major international consulting firm in a series of separate loss-recovery disputes arising within the bankruptcy proceedings of a manufacturing company
- Representing a client in a corporate dispute with the co-owner of a multi-billion rouble holding company
- Advising a foreign investor involved in a protracted corporate conflict concerning a mineral resource production plant
She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2023.
