About the Event

Managing a large company involves considerable responsibility for both owners and senior executives, especially those overseeing critical business processes. These include managing counterparty relationships, sanctions and compliance controls, logistics oversight, and other key financial and legal risks.

In practice, a lack of attention to the legal nuances of essential business operations can result in serious consequences – up to and including threats to a company’s survival and significant personal liability for its owners and leadership.

At this conference, EPAM Law’s leading litigators, along with corporate and international law legal experts, will summarise the key developments of 2024 and engage in open dialogue with representatives of major businesses on pressing legal and compliance issues.
