In 2024, EPAM Law Firm, with the support of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, launched a large-scale project for students of Russian law faculties — the "PROFI Dictate" competition.

This project serves as an additional stage of the All-Russian Legal (Law) Dictation, organised annually since 2017 by the Association of Lawyers of Russia. Each year, approximately one million participants take part in the dictation.

The "PROFI Dictate" competition was conceived as an initiative aimed at raising standards within the legal profession and promoting it among top students aspiring to careers in legal consulting. In 2024, students from 62 Russian universities competed for the title.

Participation in the competition involves passing an online test comprising 35 questions from various areas of law, prepared by leading practising lawyers from EPAM Law.

Only students from Russian university law faculties who score 90+ points in the "Business" or "Professional" categories of the main All-Russian Legal Dictation are eligible to participate.

Based on the online testing results within the "PROFI Dictate" framework, three winners will receive a one-time scholarship from EPAM Law. The top participants will have the opportunity to undergo an internship at the Firm.
