Today the All-Russian State Library for Foreign Literature in Moscow hosted the international conference “Russian Anti-Trust Law in an International Context”. The conference was presented by the Global Forum for Competition and Trade Policy and the European Forum of the International Bar Association and co-sponsored by the Section of Antitrust Law of the American Bar Association. Grigory CHERNYSHOV, senior attorney of EPAM, spoke on “Antitrust Approval of the Foreign Companies Shares Transaction”.

The conference was attended by the Federal Antitrust Service (FAS) of Russia officials, Heads of legal departments of the Russian major enterprises, Russian and international antitrust lawyers.

Grigory CHERNYSHOV, senior attorney of EPAM, took part in the session “New Antitrust Legislation in Russia”. He spoke on “Antitrust Approval of the Foreign Companies Shares Transaction”.

The Section of Antitrust Law was founded in 1952 to provide ABA members and associates interested in antitrust law an organization focused on the study and practice of antitrust law. Members include government attorneys, members of the judiciary, private and corporate antitrust attorneys, international attorneys, academics, and economists.
