On April 18-26, 2013 the 6th International Forum entitled “Intellectual Property - XXI Century” was held in Moscow.
Pavel Sadovsky, Head of EPAM IP practice, and Elena Kushnareva, Head of the Legal Department at Orkla Brands Russia OJSC, presented a joint report entitled “Russian Brands Disputes” at a workshop entitled “Resolution of IP-Related Disputes.” The workshop was held on April 23, 2013 by the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
