Lawyers of EPAM Will Take Part in the Legal Forum of Russia

On April 17-18, 2014, Moscow is to host the XI annual Legal Forum of Russia. Partners of EPAM Mikhail Kazantsev and Valery Eremenko, as well as Councel Mark Rovinsky and Anna Numerova will take part in the event.

The Legal Forum is a platform that brings together the legal community and business executives, corporate counsel, external advisers, the judiciary to discuss topical legislative issues in order to develop business in Russia’s real economy.

The main issues for discussion: legal problems of deoffshorization in the Russian economy, changes in civil code, corporate law.

Mikhail Kazantsev is to moderate the session “Legal Consequences of deoffshorization for Russian companies”. Mark Rovinsky will be speaker at the session. Valery Eremenko will take part in the session dedicated to the judicial system in Russia.

Anna Numerova, a Chairwoman of the General Council of the Non-Profit Partnership for Competition Support, counsel of EPAM, will discuss the problem of relationship between the antitrust regulators and business.
