Mikhail Kazantsev to Speak at ICC Russia Roundtable on Carbon Regulation in Eaeu and Central Asia
On 26 November, 2025, in Moscow, the roundtable titled "New Russian Environmental Code and Carbon Regulation in the EAEU and Central Asia: Rules for a Sustainable Future" will take place. The event is organized by ICC Russia (the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – World Business Organization). Mikhail Kazantsev, Partner at EPAM Law, will be a speaker at the event, delivering a presentation on "Stages of Developing the Environmental Code: Lessons from the Global Revision of the 2015 Competition Law".
