About the Masterclass
In the current economic climate, both domestic and international businesses are facing increased scrutiny from supervisory and enforcement authorities. It is crucial for entrepreneurs to understand that the outcome of an investigation depends on numerous factors. A single case may involve up to 20 officials from various agencies, each operating within frameworks set not only by procedural law but also by internal departmental regulations. As a result, decisions in each case are influenced by specific institutional priorities.
At this masterclass, the Head of the White-Collar Crime Practice at EPAM Law’s St. Petersburg office will explain how decision-making works within law enforcement agencies and what business leaders need to know to build an effective defence strategy in case of criminal prosecution.

Business owners, top management, heads of legal departments, commercial and financial directors, chief accountants, and risk officers at large companies.
