Maria Kobanenko to Speak at the VIII International Conference of the Eaeu Court on Competition Rules on Transnational Markets
On 20–21 November, 2025, the VIII International Conference titled "Ensuring the Rule of Law within the EAEU" will be held in Minsk, Belarus. The event is organized by the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Maria Kobanenko, Partner of the Competition Law Practice at EPAM Law, will serve as a speaker in the session "General Competition Rules in Transboundary Markets of the EAEU" (21 November, 11:30 am – 3:30 pm). Participants will discuss the role of the EAEU Court in ensuring the rule of law and the uniform application of Union law, as well as key issues in developing its jurisprudence.
The program includes sessions on the application of the EAEU Treaty, customs regulation, the internal market, and compliance with competition rules, a roundtable on legal representation, and a working meeting "Dialogue Between Member States and the EAEU Court". Participants include representatives of EAEU member states’ authorities, international organizations, EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission), experts, and the business community.
