About the seminar:

Recent amendments to Russia’s bankruptcy legislation, combined with the latest guidance from the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, represent some of the most significant changes in recent years.

Key changes include:

  • A substantial increase in the threshold for initiating bankruptcy proceedings
  • New rules for registering creditors’ claims and handling separate disputes
  • Revised deadlines for appealing court decisions
  • Changes to state duty payments

These and other more targeted updates are reshaping the bankruptcy process, requiring legal professionals to adapt and revise their strategies for protecting business interests.

Key questions to be addressed:

  • How will these changes affect legal practice?
  • What new risks arise for businesses in cases of counterparty insolvency?
  • How can businesses most effectively protect their interests during bankruptcy proceedings?
  • How should legal teams adjust to the new bankruptcy landscape?

These and other practical issues will be discussed by the litigation team from EPAM Law’s St Petersburg office.
