Anastasia Boytsova to Speak at «Energy of Law» Conference on Environmental Regulation
On 3–4 December 2024, the city of Irkutsk will host the academic and practical conference «Energy of Law: Innovations and Solutions for the Future.»
Anastasia Boytsova, Deputy Head of the Environmental and Technical Regulation Practice at EPAM Law, will participate as both moderator and speaker at the event.
The conference will bring together legal professionals, academics, and industry experts to discuss pressing issues, including:
Public-private partnerships: practices, challenges, and prospects
The lawyer’s role in commercial dispute resolution
Environmental legislation and sustainable business development
On 4 December, Anastasia will moderate the session «Legal Support Amidst the New Environmental Regulation». Also on 4 December she will speak at the first section of the Expert Council, which will focus on compliance with environmental legislation.
