Alexandra Mednikova to Deliver Lecture at Lomonosov Moscow State University on Evidence in Civil and Arbitrazh Proceedings
On 26 November 2024, as part of a guest lecture series for law students at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Alexandra Mednikova, Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitrazh Practice at EPAM Law, will deliver a lecture titled: «Evidence in Civil and Arbitrazh Proceedings: Current Judicial Practice and the Role of Notaries in Securing Evidence».
