EPAM M&A Project on the Sale of Tamerlan Group to X5 Group – Included in Kommersant M&A Deals of the Year Ranking
On 29 September 2023, Kommersant released its ranking of "M&A Deals of the Year". EPAM Law is pleased to announce that its support of an M&A deal on the sale of a 100% stake in Tamerlan Group to X5 Group is noted among the 28 deals that had the greatest impact on the Russian market in 2022 and the first half of 2023.
The sellers, two Russian entrepreneurs, were represented by the Firm's M&A and Corporate practice team:
