IFLR, the international legal directory, specializing in the market of legal services in the fields of corporate law, capital markets and finance, has published a shortlist of nominees for the APAC (Asia-Pacific) Awards 2022. EPAM is listed among the firms aiming to win in the “Private Capital” nomination for supporting a large-scale international transaction in the Asia-Pacific region.
The deal included the sale of a part of the business of Shiseido Co, Japanese cosmetics, perfume and hair care producer, to CVC Capital Partners, an investment company. This deal will allow Shiseido Co. to focus on premium beauty products.
Along with EPAM, 9 other international law firms supported the deal.
The winners will be announced on March 17, 2022 at the IFLR APAC Awards 2022 virtual ceremony.
