Vladislav Mameev specialises in legal due diligence, day-to-day business counselling, and M&A. He has experience drafting corporate documents, particularly for joint ventures, as well as documents for the redomiciliation of companies to the Russian Federation.

Vladislav’s recent highlights include:

• Drafting documents for the redomiciliation of the Mother and Child chain of clinics (MD Medical Group Investments IPJSC) in Russia.
• Assisting with legal due diligence for one of the largest casino.
• Assisting with legal due diligence for Zhukovsky International Airport and its subsidiaries.
• Drafting documents for the redomiciliation of a limited liability company in Russia.
• Assisting with legal due diligence and drafting a sale and purchase agreement for a limited liability company providing parking services.
• Drafting amendments to a company’s articles of association following its acquisition of PJSC status.

Before joining the Firm, Vladislav worked at a Russian law firm.

Vladislav earned his bachelor’s degree with honours from the National Research University Higher School of Economics and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in corporate law. He has won multiple Russian student Olympiads and other competitions.

He is fluent in English and German.
