Tatyana Neveeva Acted as Arbitrator at FIAMC Pre-Moot
On February 20-21, 2021, the Russian Arbitration Center hosted in Moscow the 5th pre-moot of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (FIAMC). Tatyana Neveeva, Counsel, Litigation and Arbitration practice at EPAM, acted as an arbitrator on the first pre-moot day.
The FIAMC student competition is a prestigious investment arbitration moot. It combines international investment law, one of the fastest growing areas in the modern world, and the history of international law and international trade law. The FIAMC is conducted as model arbitration proceedings in a dispute between a foreign investor and in investee state. The FIAMC global rounds will be held online from March 8-19, 2021.
